When choosing wall boxes for light switches, choose the 2" x 4"
deep box ( 2" - 2 1/4") style. Most of the manufactures of home
automation product, such as Lutron, LiteTouch, Phast and Leviton
use this style. The opposite is the 3" x 3" style which is popular
in England. In case you are wondering, most of these companies
do made a version of their system to run on the 220 VAC.

main house, now it would be difficult to find a house without
one inside. This is the same with Residential Cabling Systems.
Houses that are built now, are being designed "Millennium Ready",

"information super-highway", along with other cable services (Telephone,
Fax, LAN, Cable etc) can be easily obtained in the residence.
This will also improve the resale value of your house (or the
rent that you could command

003 Do not
enter conduits into the wall box from the side, where-ever possible

home automation manufacturers tend to use up the full width of
the box. Contact us for a no obligations quote and some additional
